Refund policy

All of our products are printed on demand just for you. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or simply not liking the design — please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

Defects, errors, and damaged items: If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or is the wrong item entirely, contact us within 30 days of delivery at godinii@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund your order at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter production (usually within 12 hours of ordering). Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, place a new order and contact us — if the original item is unworn, we will review return options on a case-by-case basis.
